I had an excellent experience at this dermatology office! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of. The dermatologist was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and attentive to my concerns. They took the time to listen, answer my questions, and explain everything thoroughly.
I also want to give special recognition to the medical assistant, who was absolutely amazing! They were incredibly kind, patient, professional, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. Their warm personality and genuine compassion truly stood out.
It’s refreshing to visit a medical office where the staff makes you feel valued rather than just another patient. The entire experience exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for exceptional dermatological care!
Today is the first time i saw DR George Romar. I saw 2 more doctors before in the dermatology specialist. But i think i like him best . He takes the time to listen and observe every details . He doesn’t rush. He makes me feel relief. I am really happy for today’s visit.
I was here on a previous Saturday and it was amazing. The front desk receptionist was very nice to me, she was very accommodating and helpful. She assured me Dr. Robert Lepore is very nice and caring. She also explained to me how insurance deductible works because I’m new to my insurance and I changed my insurance right after my visit because I didn’t understand what I signed up for. She was truly amazing for talking to me about it, she was extremely nice and well mannered. In the past, I’ve had a difficult experience with front desk people so I was nervous when I first stepped in, but I was assured after a few minutes. She was truly helpful, caring and kind.
When I went inside the room I was greeted by his medical assistant Eliana, she was nice and asked me all questions. Then Dr. Robert Lepore came in and he was so amazing. He explained everything and didn’t rush me out. We spent a good 30 minutes in that room talking about dermatitis and alopecia, he reassured and prescribed me some medications. I’ve actually seen major improvements. I’m so happy I went. I had a great time and I left feeling understood.

I had my first visit with Dr. Rob Lepore, and it was an excellent experience. From the moment I walked into the office, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Lepore took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I really appreciated that I never felt rushed and that all of my questions were answered. The entire visit was smooth, and I left feeling confident in my care. I highly recommend Dr. Rob Lepore and his team to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate dermatologist!
3 stars given due to wait time from check in to when the provider walked in to see me. I was 12 minutes early for my visit, it took 1 hour 19 minutes before i was seen. The provider had a great relateable bedside manner. The ladies at registration kept try to box me into signing the HIPPA agreement (which i declined signing to share my health information). They kept telling me it's clinic policy i sign it. Overall visit minus very long wait time took 15 minutes. We'll see how the next visit goes.
