First time at Peachy! They start by taking a high resolution photo that highlights every little detail, which is both helpful and slightly humbling. All your imperfections will show LOL!
The nurse practitioners/injectors were attentive and took the time to understand my concerns. Everything was explained clearly, and I didn’t feel any pressure to purchase or add on services. They come across as knowledgeable and thoughtful in their approach.
The location is easy to find, right next to Bobby Van’s Steakhouse and up the stairs.
Overall, a very positive experience!
Ive had Botox for about 20 years and never had any bad side effects. After my last visit to Peachy on February 7, 2026 I sustained a significant bruise and swelling under my right eye which took weeks to heal. It was a horrific experience.

I understand that bruising is a known risk, and I never asked for a refund. What I asked for when I was considering booking again — was a small goodwill credit to make me feel like a valued returning customer. They declined to offer any accommodation, credit, good will gesture for what is a traumatic event for a woman. You must understand that a bruise and swelling under your eye is not just a cosmetic issue, there is also an emotional component to this traumatizing event. I then figured well if they were strict with this policy maybe they could make me feel better by offering something for my birthday. I asked whether they had any birthday promotions or discounts and again they refused and offered nothing else but help with scheduling my next appointment.
That's what lost me. A bruise under a woman's eye is not a minor issue. Its embarrassing and humiliating and I couldn't even cover it with makeup. I had to take several days off work. In 20 years, every private injector I've used would have offered something — a discount, a complimentary add-on, anything — to keep a client after a rough outcome. Peachy offered arnica and ice, then a flat no, twice.
The pricing is competitive and several staff members are courteous overall. But the results didn't last as long for me as treatments I've had elsewhere, I saw little benefit from the Botox facial, and when something went wrong there was no flexibility at all.
For what it's worth, I also checked their Better Business Bureau profile: Peachy Studio is not BBB accredited and currently carries a C+ rating, with the BBB citing failure to respond to a complaint filed against the business. That tracks with my own experience of how they handle unhappy customers.
I'd rather pay more for an injector who stands behind the whole experience and would be willing to make some accommodations when things go wrong. I guess the saying you get what you pay for is very true. I will pay a little more for better long lasting product and better customer service elsewhere.

First timer! With peachy and this location. Amazing from start to finish. I’ve gotten Botox at a few places before and this is up there with the best- at a better price!! Onich at reception treated me with the best demeanor and hospitality. Even helped me get an additional cost off! Kerianne was my injector; she was knowledgeable, friendly, and you can tell experienced. The office is clean and gorgeous and gave out ice packs and water. The price really got me in the door, and the service and staff will definitely have me coming back!
Went to Peachy for my first Botox injections and saw Christine who was recommended to me by a friend. She was great! Explained everything clearly and took the time to explain the process and options etc. They took pictures to show you where the injections were needed as well. Then they had a little recovery area to ice your face a bit and I was looking back to normal in 10 minutes! Great overall experience!
