Listings, reviews, prices and rankings on NYC Hot List are for general information only. We do not provide medical advice, we do not recommend or refer patients to any provider, and we do not verify the medical credentials of any provider beyond what is stated on a listing. Always consult a licensed medical professional before any treatment. Prices shown are reported by businesses or clients and may change.
Businesses may be listed from public sources. A business owner or authorized representative may claim a listing free of charge after verifying ownership by phone. By claiming a listing you confirm you are authorized to represent the business and that the information you provide is accurate. We may edit, suspend or remove any listing at any time.
Premier is a paid monthly subscription billed through Stripe at the price shown on our Listing plans page. Premier adds features such as the Premier seal, higher placement, a booking button and Insider offers. Placement is influenced by plan, verification status, reviews and completeness of the listing. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled from your account dashboard. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Some providers featured on NYC Hot List are clients of our parent company and are labeled as such.
Reviews are written by users and reflect their personal experience. All reviews are moderated before publication. You may only review a business you have personally visited. You may not post reviews about your own business, a competitor, or in exchange for payment. “Verified Client” reviews are tied to a confirmed visit. We may decline or remove any review. Businesses may reply to reviews publicly. We do not accept payment to remove or alter reviews.
You are responsible for your account and for everything you post. By posting content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and distribute it on NYC Hot List and in our marketing. Do not post anything unlawful, defamatory, misleading, infringing or that contains another person’s private information.
Insider membership is free. Giveaways and events have their own rules posted with each promotion. No purchase is necessary unless stated. Offers are provided by the participating business and are subject to its terms.
NYC Hot List is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any loss or injury arising from your use of the site, any listing, any review or any treatment you receive from a provider found here. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
