The nursing staff and doctor who performed my minor surgery were awesome. We laughed. He nurse was gentle. The doctor was quick. Also felt nothing as they did their job my appt was for 1030. I was done by 11am. Highly recommend

I saw Dr. Beau DiCiccio at the UES location and he recommended his colleague at the Greenwich Village location- Dr. Stacy. My procedure was fast, efficient, and very professional. The doctors are all very kind, explain things clearly, and they made sure I had all of the necessary information almost immediately.

The staff were organized, precise, and helpful. I am incredibly happy with the results of my procedure and highly satisfied. I will absolutely recommend this practice to anyone and everyone!

Extremely disappointing experience and very poor respect for patients’ time.

I had an 8:10 AM appointment with Dr. Robert Buka and made sure to arrive by 8:00 AM. After waiting for over 30 minutes, I was finally told that my provider hadn’t even arrived yet, and the front desk had no idea when he would show up.

My only options were to keep waiting indefinitely or see a different provider who wouldn’t arrive until 9:00 AM. What made the experience even more frustrating was the complete lack of communication or apology from the front desk.

This isn’t my first experience with long wait times at this practice, either. I also had to wait an unreasonable amount of time during my previous visit.

I understand that delays happen, but patients deserve basic communication and consideration, especially for early morning appointments. It’s incredibly unprofessional to schedule an 8:10 AM appointment when the provider isn’t even there, with no advance notice or explanation.

Very disappointing, and I would not recommend this practice.

I have been a patient of Dr. Andrew Peranteau’s at The Dermatology Specialists for a few years now, and I consider myself extremely lucky to have found him. Dr. P is always kind, considerate and extremely thorough.
Today I had my biggest procedure to date, a small basal cell carcinoma removed from my arm. Dr. Peranteau and his surgical assistant Nick were terrific in taking me through the procedure. They were compassionate, personable and attentive. The procedure was painless and I was relaxed, knowing I was in good hands throughout. Couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you Dr. Peranteau and all at The Dermatology Specialists. Until next time…

Great experience, would recommend! I have a weird insurance plan that trips up some offices and the front desk here was very helpful in confirming my coverage. Wait time was short, office was very clean, Dr Peacock was thorough and friendly as were her assistants! No complaints
