I had an amazing experience at Restore in Chelsea. Nurse George provided truly exceptional service he explained everything in detail, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire visit. It was genuinely a pleasure being in his care.
The facility itself was immaculate spotless, calm, and incredibly relaxing from the moment I walked in. The overall environment felt elevated and thoughtfully designed, which made the experience even better.
I left feeling hydrated, glowy , and relaxed. It was exactly what I needed. I’ll absolutely be back and would highly recommend both Restore Chelsea and Nurse George to anyone looking for a top-tier experience.
Efrain took very good care of us. He gave us a tour of the facility and explained everything to us. He walked us through the process of IV therapy and explained the benefits of the different type of choices. He and nurse Liz made our visit so much easier and enjoyable.
Extremely disappointing service. I booked the sauna well in advance just to get a sauna that was not even heating and waited an hour to change. Will not recommend this to anyone. They need to improve there service or stop making appointment if they can’t accommodate anyone.
Wow. Sam the GM made what could have been a horrible day better. I needed an immediate service as I felt horribly car sick. He set me up with an iv, blanket, compression for my legs. I left feelings so much better. He kept checking in on me. I appreciate him and this place!!
I've been a member for years. When I signed up for the membership, I told the manager that I travel doe work and would not be able to use the credits every month. They reassured me that it would not be a problem and that my credits would carry over.
My account continued to be charged accumulating over 18 credits. No one reached out to me to inform me that the credits would expire but they keep charging my credit card until I canceled the card.
I love restore but the customer followup is very poor.
