I’ve been seeing Alyssa Roy for a little over a year now and my face has never looked better. We did microneedling over the winter to stimulate collagen (I’m in my late 30s) and this summer my skin looks so fresh. She a master injector, I trust her to give me the right treatment plan and execute flawlessly!
Alea Crowley is a MASTER injector. If you are someone who’s nervous around needles, Alea is the one to choose. Her extensive medical background as a cardiac ICU nurse shines through in terms of her skill and overall bedside manner — and not to mention, my Botox results are better than anyone I’ve gone to previously. And I’ve seen them all. 12/10
Alea is the best!! From the second I sat down in her chair, I felt comfortable and taken care of. We had an honest conversation about what I was looking for with doing my botox. Her background as an ICU nurse leads to a steady hand with the needle and it was pain free! I am so happy with my results and cannot wait to come back and see her soon!
The minute you need a touch up they treat you like garbage. I’ve been a client on and off for a couple of years. I can’t say I’ve ever had great results and found their offices very unwelcoming and pretentious, the kind of vibe where they’re always sizing you up. The last time I went, the Botox didn’t work. I called after three weeks to get a touch up which I’ve never requested before. They told me I had to come in on one specific day and no other day was available. I had to move around my plans get childcare etc. an hour before my appointment they called to ask me to come in an hour later, I explained that I have a very tight schedule and this is not ideal. I came later as they asked and they had me wait another 45 minutes in office no F’s given, no apology, no trying to find someone else to do my touch up just sit and be glad …while the technician was giggling with her clients walking around playing with babies and carrying on long conversations. Very disrespectful.
I have been seeing Erica at Plump for over a year now for my injectables and skin treatments. I love her natural approach - it feels like she tailors the treatments to exactly what I need which feels really personalized and professional. Definitely recommend her for botox/ filler and skin treatments.
