I want to recognize Scott for the outstanding service he provided. Without a doubt, he was the best consultant I spoke with. I purchased a Botox treatment, and he took the time to explain everything clearly, including how the treatment works, how many units I would receive, and what to expect from the process. He also scheduled my first appointment, which made everything incredibly easy.
His customer service was exceptional. He answered all of my questions with patience, was knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable and confident with my decision. He truly went above and beyond.
I’m so grateful for such a positive experience. I would absolutely purchase from him again and again, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for excellent customer service and someone they can genuinely trust.
The experience was AMAZING! And it all started with the staff upon walking in, Juan and Tashi were so sweet and so welcoming! They got me checked in and made me feel so welcome. Their energy made some of the first time nerves go away. During my treatment I noticed how sterile the room was, and my wonderful nurses Krystal & Talia and were so patient and walked me through the entire process. I felt so relaxed! I’d recommend the Flatiron location again and again!
Have been coming to this location for the past 2 years. Always such a great experience! The front desk is so energetic and delightful to speak with - they really foster a welcoming warm and professional environment. Specifically Tashei and Scott are absolutely incredible and super helpful! Laser hair removal has been very effective and Tequila as the service provider is very sweet and exceptionally knowledgeable about the lasting process and how to best optimize the results. Would highly recommend this laser away location!
Had the best experience getting laser and lip filler from them. Staff was so lovely and accommodating and my treatments turned out amazing. They also offer multiple options payment wise including a monthly financing option so even if you are a student it is extremely practical! 10/10 recommend this to anyone who is considering any kind of beauty treatment!!🩷

I had a great experience at LaserAway Flatiron for my ScalpMax treatment. The entire team was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. They took the time to explain the process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I knew what to expect during and after the treatment.
The clinic is clean, modern, and very well run. I’m looking forward to seeing the full results over the coming months and would definitely recommend the Flatiron team to anyone considering ScalpMax or other hair restoration treatments.
