I just wanted to share what a wonderful experience we had today at Haven. I brought my daughter in for a birthday spa day, and everything was flawless. The waiting area was so peaceful, and the entire staff was remarkably attentive. Lara is an incredibly talented and knowledgeable masseuse, and Sophia and Ella provided fantastic body scrubs. My facial at the end was the perfect touch. Thank you all for providing us with such a relaxing and memorable few hours!
I had a wonderful experience at Haven. My massage therapist, Xavier, was excellent. He created a gentle, soothing, and peaceful environment that allowed me to fully relax and enjoy the experience.
Xavier was professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. His calming approach and attention to detail made the massage especially enjoyable and restorative. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and very pleased with the care I received.

• The Massage: My therapist completely melted away my tension and checked in on the pressure the whole time.
• The Facial: My skin was glowing, refreshed, and felt so deeply hydrated afterward.
• The Mani-Pedi: The nail tech was so gentle, detail-oriented, and left my hands and feet looking neat and polished.
The staff made me feel pampered like royalty from start to finish. I left feeling completely renewed and already planning my next visit!"
I love this spa and have been going to them since they were on Mercer and Prince 20 years ago. I love the front desk girls, Jun and Michelle in nails, Hannah and Rohena in facials and waxing and mostly the kindness and professionalism that happens right when you open the door.
Atmosphere is definitely a 10/10. Massage was a 9/10 idk, maybe I could’ve left feeling more “light weight” but the experience was good. I would book again tho.
