I’ve been seeing Dr. Garland Lee for years, and I truly can’t recommend the practice highly enough. Dr. Lee has cared for me through everything from thorough full-body skin cancer screenings to ongoing psoriasis management, and has consistently provided exceptional care.
She’s also introduced me to a range of treatments over time. I’ve always appreciated how knowledgeable she is and how thoughtfully she recommends treatments based on what’s best for me.
What really sets Dr. Lee and her team apart is the atmosphere. The entire staff is upbeat, responsive, and genuinely fun to be around. They’ve created an environment that feels far less clinical and more like a positive, social experience, while still maintaining the highest level of professionalism, thoroughness, and care.
If you’re looking for a dermatologist who combines expertise with a warm, engaging approach, Dr. Lee is outstanding.
Erin is probably the best dermatologist I’ve ever had. I’ve been to many doctors throughout my 30 years on this planet, and no one has giving me the same attention and support that she has given me. Attached is a photo we took a couple months ago, comparing my arms from my first appointment to what they look like now. And it’s literally night and day. With the medication and treatment she recommended for me, it’s literally changed my life. I grew up so self conscious about my skin that it plagued my mental health and made me very insecure. And because I’m an actor, it’s very important to look a certain way because the entire job consists of people look at you! But Erin recommended Rinvoq and helped me get the medication thru Abbvie Assist, and now my skin feels smoother than it ever has. I can’t begin to thank her enough for her efforts, and I will always be in her debt. Thanks again Erin aka my second mom, YOU DA BESTEST!!!! ❤️
I had a great experience at Dermatology laser & Surgery of Flatiron. I was a little nervous before my appointment because I was seeking treatment for acne, but the entire team immediately put me at ease. The front desk staff was welcoming and efficient, and I was seen promptly. Doreet was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and thorough. They took the time to explain my condition, discuss my options, and answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. I appreciated how attentive and caring they were throughout the visit. The office itself is clean, modern, and very well run. Most importantly, I am extremely happy with the results of my treatment. The level of professionalism and personalized care I received exceeded my expectations.
I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for exceptional dermatologic care in New York City. I’ll definitely return for future treatments
2/10 experience. Honestly, this isn’t the place to visit for medical reasons, this office is strictly for cosmetic and vanity purposes. I booked an appointment on Tuesday, March 24th with Jody Levin. Though I was seen promptly, I wasn’t seen by the practitioner I initially booked. I was seen by PA Garland Lee and left highly disappointed. Lee doesn’t truly seem to know what she’s talking about. She gives unsolicited medical advice and doesn’t target core issues. I expressed concerns about a reaction on my skin and a rash on my eyelids. Her response was “I don’t know what that is” and resulted to prescribing me two topicals, which is insane considering she didn’t know what was happening on my skin. Furthermore, she went on picking notes about me skin, again, I didn’t express any concern about it. She kept trying to push laser treatments on me and went on giving me, again, unsolicited advice about my alopecia. Never did I ask her about my dark spots nor thinning of my crown. Very unprofessional and her overall bedside manner was off putting to say the least. A day after my appointment there and really thinking about the care I received, I’ve tried to call to cancel my future follow up appointment and prescription she sent, no answer. THANKFULLY I went to a different dermatologist for a second opinion. She RAN TESTS instead of flat out saying she’s unsure, as a doctor should.. I was able to find that I was allergic to a few topicals and that the rash on my eyes was eczema. Super thrilled. Garland Lee does not provide adequate information nor does she seem like she takes her career seriously. My skin is not a commodity. I am a human being, not someone to make profit off of. Never coming back here and highly recommend anyone trying to receive medical care outside of vanity visit a real dermatologist office. I will say, the front desk and rest of the staff was very kind.. unfortunately I’m not there to see staff. I’ll be stopping by in person to hopefully speak to someone and cancel my appointment before they try and say I did it “last minute”. Hope this helps anyone trying to get to the root of a problem with their skin. Be careful and do your research yall! Don’t fall for the propaganda! lol
I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Garland and the entire team. From the moment you walk in, the office is welcoming, professional, and incredibly well-run. Every staff member is kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about your experience.
Dr. Garland is exceptional. She takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and approaches both medical and cosmetic treatments with a thoughtful, personalized plan. I’ve seen her for a range of skin concerns as well as cosmetic treatments, and the results have consistently exceeded my expectations.
What really sets this practice apart is the combination of expertise and artistry. You feel completely confident that you’re in the hands of someone who not only understands dermatology at a high level, but also has a refined aesthetic sense.
I never feel rushed, and every visit feels tailored and intentional. It’s rare to find a practice that delivers this level of care across the board.
