My daughter in law recommended Erase Spa, specifically Elizabeth K. knowing I wanted to get laser done on my legs. This place is not only affordable but Elizabeth is truly a professional, the level of service and treatment I have received has been amazing. I highly recommend Elizabeth. She is as caring as she is knowledgeable.
Love this place soooo much. I’ve been coming here since 2021 and have no plan of stopping!! All the girls are so nice and professional and the results speak for themselves! Pricing is really good too
Simple business errors that can be fixed by proper management & training.
1. You pay for a 15 minute laser session. You expect thoroughness and full time. But they finish in 5mins. One time they “finished” my session in 3 mins. Crazy rushed. I see tons of reviews saying they rush.
2. The cynosure laser machine comes with a Skintel attachment. It reads your skin type (unbiased). This is especially important for women of color. They refused to allow me a reading bc their “technicians use professional judgement”. There is no reason why they can’t do both.
3. Grace period is 5 minutes. Very difficult to do in NYC rush times, trains, work, etc. This is probably a money maker for them.
I asked them to use the full time I paid for and that I wanted a Skintel reading. Instead of agreeing, Kim, (the director) suggested I seek care elsewhere and get a refund.
Overall, very inconsiderate to women with PCOS and women of color. Go elsewhere.
Whenever I come here the receptionist is such a sweetheart. My service is always super quick and efficient and as painless laser hair removal can be 😋
They always have deals running. I wish I could grab their Christmas in July Special!
I have been coming to Erase for years and they are absolutely wonderful. Leen is lovely and provides a comfortable and awesome service! Highly recommend Erase! 10/10 service, cleanliness, and prices.
