I am beyond overjoyed with the results of my recent procedures with Dr. Westreich. To be honest, words truly cannot explain what an amazing job he has done. I waited over eight years in my search for the perfect doctor, and I can say with absolute certainty that it was worth every second of the wait. ​I came in for a rhinoplasty and FaceTite of the chin, and the transformation has given me a level of confidence I never thought possible. When I look in the mirror now, I find myself staring back with a deep sense of appreciation. ​Dr. Westreich is more than a surgeon; he is a true artist. He is incredibly meticulous and ensures that your results are "perfectly you." There is no "cookie-cutter" approach here; he doesn't make you look like everyone else. Each result is specifically tailored to your individual features and personality.

As a doctor myself, I truly appreciate the level of care provided at Dr. Westreich’s practice. I’ve been a patient of Heather’s for years, and she always takes the time to answer my questions thoroughly and make me feel comfortable and informed. Her expertise, patience, and attention to detail are exceptional.

I also have to give a special shout-out to Ossy at the front desk. She is wonderful—always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Every interaction with her is pleasant, and she goes above and beyond to make the entire experience seamless.

The entire team is warm, welcoming, and genuinely cares about their patients. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for outstanding care and exceptional service.

I got an ethnic rhinoplasty & septoplasty revision from Dr. Westreich. For the price I paid (~$15k) and the results I was promised, I was in utter disbelief and disappointment. I waited 3 years for it to properly heal to which I then contacted his office for a revision and Dr. Westreich denied and just provided cortisol shots in the area where there was obvious scar tissue. I would not recommend him for any complicated rhinoplasty’s I.e (bulbous tip, middle eastern nose) thankfully I was able to get a rhinoplasty revision here in Spain for half the price. Many surgeons that I consulted with have agreed that the final result of my nose was poorly done. I will attach the simulation of what I was expecting vs the post-op 1-year results. The process felt like he did not care if I was satisfied or not. Just another money-hungry surgeon. Save yourself the time of going to New Face and seeing Dr. Richard Westreich

Dr. Westreich and his team were fantastic from start to finish. He was warm, attentive, and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly, which made me feel really comfortable and confident throughout the process. His staff was just as supportive and organized, especially during post-op. Overall, a great experience. I couldn’t recommend him more.

Very happy with my rhinoplasty by Dr Westreich. Professional, efficient, and friendly staff that made the entire process much easier and more comfortable than I expected, and a fantastic result. Would highly recommend!
