There’s a reason I refer everyone to Dr. Weiser—and why I always carry her business card. As someone with extremely sensitive skin, finding a smart, personable, caring, and responsive dermatologist was essential. I feel incredibly comfortable in her office and know she genuinely has my best interest at heart. Her team goes above and beyond for their patients.

I’ve had multiple instances while traveling where I experienced allergic reactions and reached out to her office. No matter how busy they are, Dr. Weiser and her team always respond the same day with a clear treatment plan—even when she’s out of town or booked with back-to-back patients.

Twice, I’ve tried seeing other dermatologists (with good reviews) closer to my office for what I thought were simple procedures—based on how easily Dr. Weiser had handled them in the past. Unfortunately, the treatments didn’t work. Both times, I called Dr. Weiser’s office, they squeezed me in, and she resolved the issues immediately. Her expertise is truly unmatched.

The entire team is incredibly dedicated and makes sure every patient has the best possible experience. On top of that, the office is beautiful—spa-like and relaxing—and they always stay current with the latest technologies and treatments to offer the best care.

The only doctors/skincare "experts" I follow on Instagram are the doctors of Weiser Skin. There’s truly a reason people travel from other countries to see Dr. Weiser and her team—they’re simply the best!

I was quoted $1,200 for a Cosmelan peel at the 6% concentration by Stephanie over the phone. That is what I booked. I showed up to my appointment only to be told they were completely out of the product — something they knew ahead of time and couldn’t be bothered to call and tell me before I came in.

The doctor offered an alternative peel, said it was half as effective, and told me it would be half the price. Half of $1,200 is $600. When they came back with a $900 price tag for this inferior substitute, I questioned it. That’s when Stephanie told me — to my face — that there is no such thing as a $1,200 Cosmelan peel, and that I was never booked for one. I came in that day with a confirmed appointment for exactly that. She gave me completely wrong information over the phone and then denied key parts of our conversation ever happened.

I have seen Dr. Ruth twice and did like her — she’s the only reason I came back. Today she wasn’t available so I saw a different doctor. That doctor apologized but made no effort to actually make it right. Stephanie’s response was essentially “sorry you feel that way” — zero acknowledgment, zero accountability. The whole thing was shady - inconsistent pricing, a treatment they didn’t even have in stock, and zero effort to contact me before I wasted my time coming in. The level of unprofessionalism here is staggering.

Stephanie is incompetent at best and dishonest at worst. I was made to feel stupid in front of the staff for simply repeating back what I was told. I walked out and I will never return. Do not trust the pricing or the information you’re given here.

I have been seeing Dr. Weiser for years and always have a wonderful experience. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. This sounds kind of odd but I genuinely look forward to my appointments and Dr. Weiser has helped me make progress towards my skin goals. I've recommended her to several friends and all have had positive experiences.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Weiser and her team!! Dr. Weiser is not only the best dermatologist I've encountered — knowledgeable, thorough, and deeply skilled—but also incredibly empathic and patient-centered in her approach. She takes the time to listen, explain, and make sure you feel both heard and supported. If you are an individual with PCOS that impacts your skin - GO! Best decision I ever made.

Her staff is equally exceptional: courteous, efficient, and kind. Stephanie S., Stephanie A., and Esther M. in particular are outstanding and should be considered exemplars of patient-centered care. I am always in awe of how they remember even small details about concerns I had or myself as a whole person versus just a patient! Going to a doctor's office is not always a pleasant experience but this team certainly does everything possible to ensure comfort and care, which is so appreciated - I've recommended family here as well and they have been equally impressed.

I trust Dr. Weiser and her team's judgment so much that I’ve asked her for referrals to other physicians. Each one they have recommended have been just as excellent and thoughtful as they are, which speaks volumes. I’m incredibly grateful to have found this office and recommend it wholeheartedly and without hesitation!!
