Best facials in NYC hands down. My skin gets better and better each time I come here. Sofie and her team are incredibly knowledgeable and provide guidance on how to maintain the glow and health of my skin post facial. I also love the selection of products in their shop (including Sofie’s brand!)- super convenient to just pick up what I need after a facial. And as a mom of 2, I love escaping to their gorgeous studio to relax and unwind. Highly recommend!!

I had one facial here and then decided to join their acne bootcamp. After my second facial, my skin went completely out of control and I experienced the worst acne breakout I’ve ever had. I did not go back after that.

The products and overall guidance they recommended actually made my skin worse rather than better. The only positive takeaway was being introduced to the makeup brand Ciele, which I ended up liking.

I’ve been getting facials for over 20 years, so I feel confident in recognizing the difference between a high quality treatment and an average one. In my experience, the facial itself was below average.

Overall, the business presents a strong online image, but my in person experience didn’t live up to that impression. I don’t usually write reviews, but if I had seen a review like this before going, I probably wouldn’t have chosen this place. I hope this helps someone who is trying to make an informed decision.

This was my first facial, and I felt so welcomed and completely at home. The session was both deeply relaxing and thoughtfully structured. The team is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, they answered all my (very chatty!) questions and gave helpful, personalized recommendations. I absolutely loved this little gem in SoHo.

I’ve been coming here since beginning of this year to prepare my skin for my wedding in April. The place itself is clean and relaxing. Melissa is very nice and really listens to my concerns. She is gentle but effective when it comes to extraction. My skin looked great for my wedding after deep clean facial and oxygen facial. She gives recommendations based on my skin progress and what I truly need. I will come back to see her!

I don't get facials often, but decided to get one because my skin has been acting up. This was a perfect, non-fussy, acne-centered facial treatment. My aesthetician Emily was patient and communicative and answered all my questions. The treatment felt geared towards the continual improvement of my skin rather than a singular instance of care. I'll be back!!
