There are truly not enough words to express how grateful I am for Dr. Ryan Neinstein and his entire team.

From my very first consultation to my post-operative care, every detail was handled with professionalism, compassion, and an incredible level of expertise.

Dr. Neinstein is not only an exceptionally talented surgeon—he is a true artist. He takes the time to listen, explain every step of the process, and create a surgical plan that is tailored specifically to you. His confidence, knowledge, and attention to detail gave me complete peace of mind.

The entire team stayed in close contact, monitored my progress, answered every question, and made me feel supported every step of the way. The level of care didn’t stop after surgery—it has continued throughout my recovery and will continue even after I return home.

The experience has been great since first communication, to surgery day and recovery.
Dr Neinstein is not only great with communication, his whole entire team goes above and beyond.
The procedure & recovery has been easier than anticipated and so far (still recovering) been 100% worth it! The hardest part is having patience during the long recovery.
Definitely worth reaching out for a consult with NPS and begin the journey of feeling like yourself again!

My experience with Dr Ryan Neinstein and his staff has been so far beyond my expectation it feels trite to put into words how supported and genuinely cared for I have felt since my first interaction.

That was seven months ago. I am now three months post-op from a circumferential tummy tuck and can wholeheartedly with highest regard and great gratitude recommend Dr Neinstein and his entire staff. Expensive? Yes. And worth every penny.

From my initial consultation through pre-op prep and into this, my 3rd month follow up consult week, I have felt supported, respected and in expert hands. His office staff, his surgical staff, anesthesiologist and the nurses are each and every one uber talented and professional yet treated me with care, kindness and compassion. Through personal visits at my hotel, to daily video check-ins with Nurses Tara and Ashley, to random text check-ins from the doc himself—I have always felt completely connected. And if I have a question or concern? They’re just a text away from a fully compassionate and professional response.

Dr Neinstein created and himself cultivates a friendly and personalized vibe. Day 1 post op was my birthday—and much to my surprise they delivered me fresh flowers and Mylar birthday balloons. And then later when my dad passed away, another bouquet arrived with genuine condolences for my loss.

Dr Neinstein combines his perfectionism, safety requirements and perfected techniques with a happy, energetic and fun vibe—I remember surgery day he presented me with NPS swag and bracelet—I still proudly wear—-and as he drew on my torso where he intended to cut, we rocked out to the Counting Crows.

I had implant and ex-plant surgery years ago and was surprised that my mobility has been far greater after this surgery than before. I did need the nursing support for the first two days post op and added more hours so I had nursing support a few hours each day to help with showering, dressing and scar care while I was in nyc. I recall when the nurse put me in my first compression garment—I burst into tears. I couldn’t imagine wearing those things for three months! Yet I’m happy to report I have made a positive relationship with my garments and happily wear them every day. I’ve continued with lymph drainage massage and believe it has helped mitigate swelling and expedited my healing.

I had an issue with the hotel I booked and Dr Neinstein, Mitch and Bella stepped up and immediately arranged a transfer to The Plaza, where we had a remarkably comfortable and truly six-star experience. I highly recommend booking the Plaza for your own post op stay as they are well prepared for and cater exceptionally to Dr Neinstein’s clientele.

Unbeknownst to me when I embarked upon my own GLP-1 weight loss journey over a year ago that the protrusion in my upper belly I had attributed to hormonal imbalance was actually a diastasis rectus about 5 inches wide. Apparently, my organs were beginning to herniate through my abdominal wall as a result of the uncommon stretching of those muscles and fascia from my twin pregnancy over 30 years ago. And Dr Neinstein performed that muscular repair all the way up to my sternum with no vertical scarring! He’s a talented surgeon-a technically expert artist, really, with an exceptional bedside manner. And the scarring I was so concerned about? I am no longer—he’s a magician for it is flat and fading right on schedule.

In the end, my initial desire to restore my body to its pre-pregnancy form was not just an act of vanity but a prescriptive healing effort as well. I now feel comfortable in my own skin, with a flat stomach and abdominal muscle tissue intact. And my gratitude overflows.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Neinstein and the entire NPS team. From start to finish, I received exceptional care and felt completely supported every step of the way.

From my patient coordinator, Bella, to the incredible nurses — Alex, Maggie, Emilee, Ashley, Tara, Tori, and so many others I’m sure I’m forgetting — every single person at NPS was kind, attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. They truly care about their patients, and it shows in every detail.

I had a circumferential tummy tuck, lipo of my inner and outer thighs, lipo 360, a butt lift, and muscle repair. My pain was extremely well managed by Dr. Neinstein’s team, along with the amazing nurses from Radiant Nurses, and I never felt like I had to worry about anything other than healing and recovering.

One of the things that meant the most to me was that Dr. Neinstein personally checked on me every morning for the first three days after surgery. That level of care gave me so much confidence and reassurance during my recovery.

I would choose this practice again without hesitation. As they say, “Neinstein or nowhere!” I truly cannot thank Dr. Neinstein and his entire team enough for such a wonderful experience. My husband and family were also so grateful for the love, attention, and care they gave me.
