I had a great experience with Dr. Xu. She truly takes her time with you during appointments, never making you feel rushed. She listened carefully to all my concerns and explained everything in a clear, patient, and thorough way. I really appreciated how she broke things down in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I felt comfortable with the next steps. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and wants the best for them. Highly recommend!

I am really surprised by the previous reviews for my experience with Dr. Xu has been nothing but awesome. She is very person- centered and informative to all of my questions and concerns. To me, she never makes me feel like just another patient. She remembers things that I tell her in casual conversation and that is very appreciative. Her team is great as well. I hardly ever have to wait for long periods of time. I’m usually always early and they will graciously take me without it being an issue.
Due to years of having skin cancer I've seen several different dermatologists. I've had to change doctors either because they've dropped my insurance or I didn't care for them.
Finally I found a great dermatologist! Dr. Xu is the best! She listens and takes her time to explain things. She has a wonderfully warm and caring personality! Her assistant Kia and staff are equally as good! I am so happy I found a great dermatologist!
Dr. Xu is terrific: friendly, and knowledgeable. In addition, the office is well run: on time, easy to book, and handles the insurance. Highly recommended.
