Such an incredible and special spa! If you’re looking to celebrate a special occasion or simply treat yourself to a beautiful day, this is the perfect place.

The location is amazing. I honestly don’t know what’s better, the stunning views or the warm and welcoming hospitality. Bianca took wonderful care of us, showed us around, and explained all the treatments and amenities the spa has to offer with so much kindness and attention to detail.

Located in one of New York City’s most beautiful and iconic buildings, the experience feels special from the moment you arrive. And the view of St. Patrick’s Cathedral is absolutely breathtaking.

Definitely a place worth experiencing!

The absolute gold standard for a full-service hotel spa. Exceptional skin treatments (especially the newly added Collagen Bar menu of advanced skin treatments), flawless nail care, and expert hair styling all in a stunning, relaxing environment. The team is professional, highly skilled, and makes you feel like royalty. A must-visit!

Monica did my facial today and I absolutely loved it ! She is so professional, gentle, and really knows what she’s doing. She made me feel so comfortable and took great care of my skin. You can truly tell she cares about her clients. If you come here, definitely ask for Monica, she is the best !

​I visited ila Only Spa today, and this is easily one of the most incredible wellness spaces I have ever experienced!

​The first thing that stands out to me was how remarkably spacious it is. They have created an expansive, beautifully designed environment with an impressive variety of specialized rooms and cutting-edge services. There is truly something for every level of wellness, including:
​A fully equipped Gym, ​Immersive Sound Therapy, Hyperbaric Chamber, ​Innovative Robot Massage (truly impressive)
​Red Light Therapy ... and so much more!

Bianca did an incredible job walking me around the entire place and explaining me in detail all the services they provide.

​It is a true sanctuary designed for disconnecting your mind and completely relaxing your body, with an amazingand unique view of the iconic St.Patrick's Cathedral. If you are looking for a top-tier space to recharge and reset, I cannot recommend ila Only Spa enough. Five stars all the way!!!

I truly had an amazing experience at the ila only spa! The spa is extremely well equipped including a sauna, steam room, a spacious gym (even with a reformer + TRX area which I loved) and a huge variety of treatment options. The staff was super friendly! Especially Vlad was very thoughtful, he provided me with snacks & drinks in the lounge area and helped me a lot to pick the perfect treatments. I can fully recommend visiting this spa and will come back any time!
