Nikki is such a delight! She helped me figure out the issues I had with my skin and gives great advice in terms of products and skin care routine. Ever since I started seeing her, my skin has improved immensely. Also, the membership option is well worth it in terms of pricing.
I've been seeing Elizabeth for the past few months, and she is absolutely amazing. She has magic hands, is incredibly professional, and always takes the time to listen to my skin concerns and goals. With my wedding coming up, my skin has never looked or felt better—I couldn't recommend her more!
Jeff gave me my pre-wedding facials and I am absolutely hooked. When I learned he’d moved to the UES location, I changed my entire appointment and traveled far for him - it was worth it. His facial massages are unreal, a firm but tender touch. Book a facial with Jeff!!
This was my first time at Heyday, and overall, it was a really positive experience. The space is very clean and well-organized, and the staff was welcoming and professional. My facial itself was great — the esthetician was knowledgeable, gentle, and explained everything she was doing, which I appreciated.
That said, there were a few things I wish I had known ahead of time. First, they don’t include the décolleté area in their treatments, which I assumed would be part of it. Not a big deal, just something to keep in mind.
The layout is semi-private — while each treatment area has its own space, the walls are thin, so I could hear conversations happening in other rooms pretty clearly. It didn’t ruin the experience, but it did make it harder to fully relax.
Also, as someone who’s 5’9”, I found the reclining chair a bit short, and the setup was tight — my feet were almost up against the wall, which made it hard to get fully comfortable. I probably should have said something, but once the facial started, I didn’t want to interrupt the flow.
Still, I left with my skin feeling great and will likely come back — I just might ask for a little more space next time!
The most gentle most relaxing facial I’ve ever had I felt accommodated with everything. Sami G. my lovely esthetician for the day went into so much detail about the concerns and and my expectations. I struggle with really dry skin and I left really hydrated !!!!!she talked me through every step made sure I wasn’t feeling any pain the staff down below was also extremely welcoming I loved everything about the energy in this place I will be making another appointment and asking for her everytime!
