I had a great experience at this dental clinic. Oleg was very gentle, professional, and focused while working on my teeth. He took his time, made me feel comfortable, and I could tell that he really cared about doing a great job. I felt very relaxed and well taken care of throughout the appointment.
Dr. Nazar also came in to check on me, and everything went very well. He previously placed my dental implant before doing the crown, and he also helped me with my gum health by recommending a cleaning solution. I bought the solution, and it has been very helpful.
The whole team was friendly and had a great sense of humor, which made the visit even more enjoyable. I really appreciate the care I received, and I especially want to thank Oleg for his kindness and excellent work. I highly recommend this clinic.
The dental care is really great but I have a problem with how they operate. I can't seem to communicate well with them over the phone. They don't always answer the phone when I've called. I've spoken to them about it and they said it's because they are busy at the time I've called. They are working to make it better. However, I'm still satisfied with their dental service. I had an implant done and that went well.
I visited Harlem Dental on 10/13/26. My wait was not long from my scheduled appointment time. The staff was pleasant. I was able to get the work done that was needed. I look forward to my follow up visit in November 😁
I always have a great experience at Harlem Dental Care. My dentist always does excellent work and takes great care of me. The receptionists are very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, Everyone is always pleasant and professional. I highly recommend them!
This office doesn’t respect their patient’s time. This isn’t the first time this has happened and things didn’t get worst but I went in today for a regular cleaning and check up and it took an hour and forty seven minutes. Majority of that time I was just waiting along with other patients. It was so crowded there weren’t any seats, people were standing in the waiting area. This type of disrespect is beyond any understanding. I won’t recommend this place to any one and if you respect your time, this is not the office for you.
Side note there are signs that patients will incur a $60 fee for last minute cancellations. However when there are infractions on the patients time, you barely get an apology.
