It’s always such a great experience coming here! The spa is so clean & beautifully maintained. All the staff members are so friendly and attentive. They never have me feeling rushed & always make me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. I walk out so refreshed & confident each time. I can’t recommend Glo Spa enough! The customer service is top notch - everyone who works here is warm, deeply attentive, and so incredibly professional. Their care is palpable and their knowledge regarding all the treatments they offer makes them easy to trust. The space itself is beautifully decorated and so clean and neat - a true spa experience! Not only am I thrilled with my results, but my confidence has also grown since coming to Glo Spa. I’ve been a customer for years and will absolutely continue to return again and again!!
Terrible experience. The esthetician didn't manage her time and left me under a red light/mask, so we went almost half an hour over, and I was late for a commitment. There was zero facial massage, and I had to politely listen to her cat stories. None of this provided the pampering I needed that day. I definitely won't be going back - even for the free facial I received as part of a package. It was that bad.
Glo Spa is awesome! I have been going for the Keralase appointments and have already had people comment on the improvement (I'm halfway through the treatments right now) in my hairline. I also only had minor thinning to start. The appointments are quick, the employees are super nice, it's really easy to schedule appointments that work for me, they have made the appointments fit my budget, and the clinic is very clean! I highly recommend to anybody considering!
