I had a great experience with my laser hair removal treatments. I completed 6 sessions for Brazilian, underarms, and legs, and I can confidently say I saw very good results—significantly less hair growth and no more ingrown hairs.nnI always made sure to arrive on time and, whenever I needed to reschedule, I canceled in advance without any issues. Ruby was always very helpful, understanding, and communicative throughout my appointments they also send you several message and email to remind you, your next appointment ( it means their communication are on POINT). She also gave me helpful guidance on how to properly care for my skin during the treatment process.nnMy technician, Yuliia (Julia), was always kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable during every session. I truly appreciated her care and consistency.nnI’m only stopping my treatments because I’m moving out of state, otherwise I would definitely continue. I highly recommend this place to anyone considering laser hair removal.💕

I’m leaving this as an FYI for anyone considering a VI Chemical Peel at this spa. I specifically paid extra for the VI precision plus peel, not the original. I came straight from work and was visibly tired and low energy, but that should not impact the service provided.nnAt the beginning of my visit, I overheard staff discussing that my appointment was “not the original peel, it’s the precision,” which I initially brushed off. After the treatment, I was given an aftercare kit labeled for the Original VI Peel, even though there is a different kit meant for the precision peel, which contains different items. This raised concerns that I may not have received the service I paid for.nnBecause of this inconsistency, I cannot confidently say which peel was actually used, which is frustrating given the price difference. I have friends who were interested in this treatment, and I’m unable to give them an honest recommendation due to the lack of clarity and transparency. Honestly, very disappointing and a waste of time and money.

I had Venus Versa done here on my abdomen and couldn’t be happier. All the aestheticians are professional, kind, and have a great demeanor. The results were very good, such a visible difference.. I’m definitely coming back for another area to get summer-ready.

1st time here, got the great deal from Groupon (30-min Facial Hair Electrolysis), Julia was GREAT, PROFESSIONAL, friendly, I could tell from her ‘hand skills’ when she was working that she has LOTS of experience & seems like she does! Recommended cute lil nice-location, clean place..
