10/10 experience at Alchemy 43. Injector Wendy is truly exceptional- if you’re looking for the right person it’s her. She creates such a welcoming, elevated experience and has earned so much of my trust. From the moment you walk in, the entire staff makes you feel taken care of and comfortable.
I’ve done Botox, lip filler, and treatment for my smile lines here and my results have been incredible. Everything looks refreshed and natural rather than overdone, which was really important to me. My lip filler has held beautifully and hasn’t migrated, and I’ve been so happy with the outcome. They are transparent about each treatment and its variations and price.
Wendy has a great eye- she takes time to understand your goals while keeping everything balanced and refined.
They care about patient experience here and long term results. Also have everything you need for post care, which makes the process even more perfect :)
Their membership is also worth considering if you plan to maintain treatments regularly. They have perfects off and frequent sales for high quality treatments. Highly recommend.
I had such an incredible experience at Alchemy 43 Flatiron in NYC! From the second I walked through the doors, Allysa and Judy at the front desk made me feel so welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Their warmth and kindness immediately set the tone for the entire visit and elevated the entire client experience from start to finish. They both have such amazing energy and truly go above and beyond to make every client feel special, relaxed, and confident.
Not only are they incredibly friendly and professional, but they’re also extremely knowledgeable about all of the services offered. They took the time to answer all of my questions about Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, DiamondGlow facials, PRP treatments, and wellness services without ever making me feel rushed. They explained everything so clearly and made the whole process feel seamless, personalized, and stress-free.
The Flatiron location itself is beautiful, clean, modern, and luxurious while still feeling warm and welcoming. You can really tell the team cares deeply about creating a thoughtful, high-end client experience focused on comfort, care, and natural-looking results.
Allysa and Judy are honestly the heart of the studio. They are attentive, patient, organized, thoughtful, and so personable. It’s rare to come across front desk staff who make such a lasting impression, but these two absolutely do. Their professionalism combined with their genuine kindness made my visit unforgettable.

I had a disappointing experience at Alchemy43 Flatiron. I initially came in to dissolve old filler and was happy with that visit, which is why I returned for lip filler shortly after. Three days after my appointment the result completely disappeared and my lips looked the same as before.
I contacted the clinic by email and did not receive a response, which is disappointing given their reputation and very high pricing.
Overall, I’m really dissatisfied with both the outcome and the lack of customer support. Not worth it, skip it and go somewhere else.
Dr. Wendy is my Botox specialist, and she is absolutely amazing! Not only does she execute everything so perfectly, but she also brings an amazing energy, and is lovely to talk to. I look forward to every appointment of ours! The results have been amazing!
I’ve been going to Nurse Erica for over 5 years and I love her. We discuss every treatment and option thoroughly and she’s constantly considering my needs and the big picture. Her technique is the best I’ve ever seen- I would never go to anyone for anything, I fully trust her! I also love the environment at Alchemy43. It’s all around a great place that I am constantly recommending to others.
