I’m so glad I found Tamuna at Aida Bicaj. She’s everything you want in an esthetician: attentive, calming, and honest about what your skin needs.

I came initially to get my skin ready for my wedding, and I felt taken care of from the moment I walked in. The front desk team is warm and welcoming, scheduling was always easy, and every appointment ran smoothly. The space is beautiful, and the whole atmosphere is so relaxing that it became something I looked forward to during a stressful stretch of wedding planning. I left feeling pampered every single time.

I’ll definitely be a returning client, and I’d recommend Tamuna to anyone.

The overall experience from initial phone call to the actual treatment was an excellent and honestly more than I could’ve asked for.

I called to book an appointment for micro needling based on what I thought I needed. My main concern was whether or not they had experience dealing with deeply pigmented skin and she reassured all the estheticians were trained to care for all skin tones and types which I believe, based on my experience, to be true.

Tamuna was my esthetician and I don’t have the words to fully describe how she turned my entire day around from the inside out. She is kind, gentle and tailors the experience based on her wealth of knowledge and your skin.

Based on the consultation, she did what was best for my skin and long term goals. I completely trust her direction and respect that she didn’t just do what I, an untrained person, thought was best.

I’m looking forward to my next appointment.

After trying a bunch of different facialist across NYC, I can finally say I’ve found “the one” in Tamuna. She’s honest, upfront, knowledgeable and gentle with my skin. After the first time I saw her, I got stopped in the street asking what I had gotten done because I was glowing! My skin has completely transformed since starting to see her. Cannot recommend enough.

I started seeing Tamuna about 1 year ago at the Tribeca location and so much has changed for the better since then. She is incredibly informed and intuitive at the same time - as a nurse I deeply appreciate this. She can be surgically precise in her advice and treatment, research and experience driving her decisions, while also being completely in-tuned to your personal preferences, lifestyle, etc. Tamuna is a special kind of person, and Aida Bicaj Tribeca is a special foundation.
I leave her room feeling lighter, lifted, and bright, nbut most importantly I leave feeling prepared - she is thorough with your routine and will write you and entire instruction manual on what to do going forward. Patient education is always huge for me, and she prioritizes that more than I expected. She wants you to succeed, she wants to see you walk in in better shape next time because of her precise instructions. And when you follow them your dreams come true - it's literal magic.
She is a full on scientist, technician, strategist, personal-esthetician. Oh! and she's super considerate of budget - she has tools in her back pocket that will make it work for your budget. She's consciously, emotionally, and clinically aware in all ways - truly feel like I won the lottery with Tamuna. She is a treasure and I am so grateful I'm embarrassed.
