Amazing Experience!!
I came in from an out of town for business and was feeling high anxiety and irritable— I decided to give this place a try and am so glad I did. I walked out a new woman! I got a mixed Thai massage that included the traditional deep tissue, acupressure and stretching with oil. It hit the spot! My masseuse was highly skilled and professional. She made me feel so comfortable. The ambiance was very peaceful and decorated beautifully. It was also so clean. And to top it off, my massage ended with a glass of sparkling wine and delicious pineapple cookies. I’ll be coming back whenever I’m in town. ✨💫🌟
We had a great experience here Central NYC Village Thai Spa location, celebrating my anniversary. They had complimentary champagne and treats for us. The massages were awesome. They made sure every knot was removed and stretched us.
I will definitely be returning soon.
This was a spa experience to rave about!! Village Thai Spa was our first visit and to our surprise it was a very pleasant experience!! I treated my lovely wife to a massage for her birthday and bought a couple’s massage. This spa is a clean, cozy place with a nice decor for great pictures. The host and the masseuses were all very pleasant and accommodating. We were welcomed with hot tea, treats and a birthday cake, a very nice touch!! Our masseuses were Jasmine and Charm, and both were so professional and skillful!! My wife loved her massage and although it was her birthday, I myself benefited and enjoyed the massage as well!! The massage helped relieved a tight back for me and a stiff neck for my wife, so do expect some pressure point pain, but it’s only for a moment and after you will feel the relief!! I highly recommend Village Thai Spa and want to thank our Masseuses Jasmine and Charm for their skillful hands and professional full body massage!! We will be back once again!! Thank you Village Thai Spa!!
I used to frequently go here. But after my last experience I will never go again. I booked a massage but unfortunately got severe Covid and could not attend. I gave them advance notice (more than 24 hours) that I wanted to reschedule/refund. They texted back saying that rescheduling any time in the future is fine. Later on, due to persisting symptoms, I request a refund instead. Suddenly the manager says they don’t have any records of the appointment and refuses to provide any refund. Even though I have copies of the receipt, booking confirmation, and text conversations we had regarding the appointment. I am owed the refund according to their own refund policies. But instead they only give excuses and string me along for months. NEVER AGAIN
My fiancé and I have been to Thailand and really fell in love with the Thai style massage and stretching. We finally found a place that has an authentic Thai massage!! It's an oasis in the city. Staff are so friendly and very knowledgeable! We loved the VIP couples experience with tea and treats after our perfect massage. We will definitely will be back!
