Account details (name, email, phone), content you post (reviews, photos), business details you provide when claiming a listing, newsletter signups, and usage data such as pages viewed, device and approximate location. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers. Phone verification codes are sent through Twilio.
To run the directory, publish and moderate reviews, verify business claims, process Premier subscriptions, send the Insider newsletter and offers you opted into, prevent fraud and improve the site. We send marketing email only to people who signed up, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
With service providers who help us operate (hosting, Stripe, Twilio, email delivery, Google Maps, analytics), with a business when you message it or book through its link, and when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
