Came here after work for the LED Skin Therapy and was really impressed. The studio is conveniently located in Midtown. The space is clean and calming, with separate treatment rooms that make you feel cozy and relaxed.

I tried their LED Skin Therapy and loved the whole process: gentle cleansing, steaming, shoulder and neck massage to relieve tension, ultrasonic serum infusion, blue light for calming, and red light with a soothing mask.

My skin felt so refreshed and hydrated afterward – it had that natural glow, not a fake bright look. The esthetician explained every step along the way, which I really appreciated.

Fantastic purifying facial with Irene. I came in with skin that felt congested from makeup and city sweat, and this was the kind of deep clean I was hoping for without feeling harsh. She looked at my skin first, asked a few practical questions, then adjusted the extraction time instead of stretching out the relaxing parts. I appreciated that. A little uncomfortable during some extractions, but she was careful and kept explaining what she was doing, so it never felt random. By the end my face felt smoother, cleaner, and oddly more breathable, if that makes sense. The pores around my nose looked clearer right away, and my skin didn’t feel stripped after. Also liked the small things here, the private room and the comb at the end were useful when I had to go back out into Midtown.

Everything feels calmer when the person doing your facial knows how to pace it. I had the Calm Balance Treatment with Maggie after a week when my skin was looking flushed and a little uneven, and she kept the whole session really steady. She explained each step briefly, then just let me relax. No overtalking. The pressure during the massage was nice, and the warm stones on the shoulder and neck were such a small but welcome detail. By the end, my face didn’t look dramatically different, just less stressed and more even, which honestly was exactly what I wanted. Also appreciated that checkout was quick and nobody pushed a package on me while I was standing there with post facial hair.

Skinwiz Studio has been my go-to in Midtown for a while now, mainly because of Irene. She is extremely professional, experienced, and honestly just very calm to be around. I usually book the Signature Facial and it’s consistently good – room is quiet, lights dimmed, blankets are comfy, everything feels clean and organized without being stiff.
She starts by asking how my skin has been that month and checks the form I filled out before. During the facial she explains each step in simple terms, so I actually know what’s going on instead of just lying there confused lol. Extractions sting a bit but she’s gentle and checks in often.
Every time I leave, my skin feels cleaner, softer, and more hydrated, and over a few visits my closed comedones looked less noticeable. For me it’s the kind of steady, reliable 10/10 facial experience I keep coming back to.
