I would be doing the city of New York a disservice if I didn’t leave Carmen a glowing review because she is truly THAT good. After just one visit, I could immediately tell how skilled, knowledgeable, and thorough she is. She made me feel so relaxed and comfortable from the second I walked in.. exactly what a spa experience should be!

On top of being incredible at what she does, she is extremely kind and genuinely goes above and beyond for her clients. I had such an amazing experience and cannot wait to go back!!

I’ve been going to Carmen for almost a year now, and she is always wonderful. I tend to carry a lot of tension in my shoulders and lower back, but each time she knows exactly where to focus and she works out so much of the tightness. I always leave feeling noticeably better than when I came in. Carmen’s also incredibly warm and attentive, and the environment is incredibly relaxing, which is why I keep coming back. 🤍

Carmen made the experience delightful! I went in for a massage and facial, and was left feeling more relaxed than I have in a long time. She keeps the space clean and organized, and ensured my comfort throughout my time there. It is safe to say that I am looking forward to a return visit in the future!

Carmen is incredible, such a great service for a very reasonable price in the city. She explains the whole process before you start so you know exactly what to expect. can’t recommend enough!!! so relaxing and enjoyable

Absolutely phenomenal! Carmen could not have been more lovely. She is so sweet and calming. At the end of my facial I felt like I was floating and my skin is so glowy and dewy! One of the best facials I have ever had, 10/10 reccomend!
